Medicare help in Pasco, Washington
Lourdes Health in town, Kadlec and Trios across the river, and one of the largest dual-eligible and Spanish-speaking Medicare populations in eastern Washington.
What to know before you compare plans in Franklin County
Pasco’s hospital is Lourdes Medical Center, and like the rest of the Tri-Cities its residents cross to Kadlec in Richland and Trios in Kennewick for much of their specialty care. Franklin County’s Advantage menu is moderate and its plans contract separately with the three hospitals, so the network question is which of them a plan includes; for tertiary care it is Spokane or Seattle.
Franklin County has one of the largest populations in eastern Washington with both Medicare and Apple Health, and a large Spanish-speaking senior community. Dual Special Needs Plans, the Medicare Savings Programs that pay the Part B premium, and Extra Help are central to the conversation here, and we are glad to include a bilingual family member in it.
Care close to home

Plan networks differ — we check that your doctors and hospital are covered before you enroll.

Your options
Which kind of plan fits you in Pasco?
Medicare Advantage
All-in-one Part C plans, often $0 premium, that use a local network — so whether UW Medicine, Providence, MultiCare or Kaiser is in it matters as much as the price.
Medigap pairs with Original Medicare and lets you see any provider in the country that accepts Medicare — and in Washington you can change plans any time.
Franklin County typically offers a moderate Medicare Advantage menu, including Dual Special Needs Plans, plus every Medigap carrier in Washington and the full Part D lineup. We compare what is sold at your address.
I have Medicare and Apple Health. What should I look at?
A Dual Special Needs Plan can coordinate both at $0 plan premium, and the Medicare Savings Programs can pay your Part B premium with income limits only for 2026. See our Apple Health page; we are glad to include your family in the conversation.
How much does your help cost?
Nothing. Independent agents are paid by the carriers when you enroll, so comparing plans and reviewing your coverage each year is free to you.
