Onslow County offers a moderate Medicare Advantage menu, every Medigap carrier in North Carolina and the full Part D lineup. Onslow Memorial Hospital is the county’s civilian hospital; Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune serves more than 150,000 active-duty, retiree and family beneficiaries under TRICARE rules that Medicare plans do not change; ECU Health in Greenville and Novant in Wilmington are the referral hospitals.
