Health policies
Aetna Hospital Indemnity Flex
A hospital indemnity policy from Continental Life, an Aetna company. It pays a daily amount for each day you are in hospital, and you build the rest from optional riders: skilled nursing, doctor's office visits, outpatient surgery, emergency room or ambulance, outpatient rehabilitation and a cancer lump sum.
Aetna Recovery Care Choice
Short-term care insurance from Continental Life, an Aetna company. It pays the daily amount you choose for a stay in a nursing or assisted living facility, after a waiting period you pick, with optional riders for home care, hospital days, adult day care and inflation protection. It is not long-term care insurance.
Aetna Home Care Plus
A home care policy from Continental Life, an Aetna company, with a hospital benefit inside it. Its home care benefit is weekly, and a week only counts when you have enough visits in it. That rule is the first thing set out below.
Aetna Cancer Plus and Heart Attack or Stroke Plus
Two lump sum policies from Continental Life, an Aetna company: one for cancer, one for a heart attack or stroke, each with a version that pays again on a recurrence. The money is paid to you.
Aetna Dental, Vision and Hearing Flex
Two dental policies on one form from Continental Life, an Aetna company: one with vision and hearing, one dental only. Acceptance is guaranteed, it covers orthodontia, and it is conditionally renewable, which is the first thing set out below.

Aetna Protection Series Final Expense
Whole life insurance for a funeral and final bills, from Continental Life, an Aetna company. Only a level plan is offered, and it pays in full from the first day. There is no medical exam, and the application's health questions decide whether it is issued.
